March  1937 at  St. .Ignatius Chapel Wishaw. Parents of Susan Doyle were Patrick Doyle, steel worker and Mary Doyle nee Burgess (deceased)

June 1904 in The Catholic Chapel Leith, parents of John Mearns were James Mearns (deceased) and Catherine Mearns nee McGillivary. parents of  Marion McConnell were William McConnell. and .Marion McConnell nee Stobo

John Mearns was born June 7th, 1883, at Redhall building, Bangor road Leith, parents were James Mearns, cooper, journeyman and Catherine Mearns nee McGilveray, who were married May 26th. 1871 in Edinburgh.

After John Mearns died Marion Stobo Mearns remarried James Rodgers, Marion died 29 April 1922, (heart attack), age 38 in Nilsensland, Bonkle road, Newmains, Parents of Marion were .William McConnell, railway surface man, and Marion McConnell, nee Stobo

Marys Chapel Broughton street Edinburgh, parents of James Mearns were Peter Mearns (deceased) and Sarah Mearns nee Docherty. Parents of Catherine Mcgilveray were John McGilveray, labourer and Jane McGilveray nee Stewart, witnesses Sarah Mearns and Ann McGilvary

Peter Mearns, carter  single age 47 died July 31st.1887 in Leith Hospital, Parents were Peter Mearns labourer (deceased) and Sarah Mearns nee Docherty, (deceased) George Mearns, brother present at death

George Mearns , born April 12th. 1855,    Gile street Leith, parents Peter Mearns age 55 born Ireland and Sarah Mearns nee Docherty age 50, her 12th. child, born Edinburgh, George and Sarah were married 23rd. November 1829 in Edinburgh, they had three boys and two girls dead.

James Rodgers age 36 married Marion McConnell age 25 widow of John Mearns on the 28th. January 1909 in Leith Roman Catholic Church, Parents were Michael Rodgers, coal miner  and Sarah Rodgers nee Lochran (deceased). parents of Marion McConnell were William McConnell coal miner and Marion McConnell nee Stobo

Michael Rodgers, coal miner age 24, High street Airdrie, son of Patrick Rodgers, pithead labourer and Mary Rodgers nee McKenacher, married Sarah Lockrin  age 17,brick field worker, 83 High street Airdrie on the 28th, day February 1870 in St. Margarets Roman Catholic Chapel Chapel Airdrie. Parents of Sarah Lockrin were James Lockrin and Margaret Lockrin nee Lennon

.After John Mearns died Marion Stobo Mearns remarried James Rodgers, Marion died 29 April 1922, (heart attack), age 38 in Nilsensland, Bonkle road, Newmains, Parents of Marion were .William McConnell, railway surface man, and Marion McConnell, nee Stobo

June 1895, Parents were Thomas Mains coal miner and Elizabeth Mains ,Informant was James Mains brother, Agnes Doyle, known as Agnes Goodwin, went under the name Gaynor at times'

The Coroners report on the death of Agnes Doyle. The following report has been received on the death of Agnes Mains or Doyle, Agnes Doyle. In David Goodwin or McGuigans house at Burnbank Hamilton in said house was a female age 20 years also Thomas Mains a miner and Elizabeth Mains nee Fraser, Agnes Doyle suffered a haemorrhage at the base of the brain
